Senior Quantity Surveyor / Senior Cost Manager – Data Centres

Location: UK — London and regional consultancy or project locations
Indicative base salary: £70,000–£90,000

Viridis Talent would like to hear from Senior Quantity Surveyors and Cost Managers interested in data centre projects.

We welcome conversations with both consultancy and contractor professionals, including those specialising in MEP or civil, structural and architectural packages.

Relevant experience includes:

• Cost planning, estimating and budget management.

• Tender preparation, procurement and commercial evaluation.

• Valuations, variations and change control.

• Contract administration and commercial reporting.

• Advising clients and project teams on cost and risk.

• Managing packages through to final account.

You should have a strong quantity surveying or cost management background. RICS membership or progress towards chartership may be relevant, depending on the employer.

Previous data centre experience is valuable, although some positions may suit professionals from other complex construction sectors.
