Senior Quantity Surveyor - Roofing/Cladding

Operating for over a decade, they have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship across both residential and commercial projects.

Undertaking projects in the range of £5k – £2m

With a growing pipeline of work and a solid reputation for repeat business, the company is entering an exciting phase of expansion.

The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be reporting directly to the MDs and will be tasked with roles and responsibilities such as:

• Preparation of monthly cost reports.
• Procurement & Commercial management of sub-contract accounts from tender to final account.
• Preparation & submission of interim payment applications & final accounts.
• Identification & agreement of variations with sub-contractors & main contractors.
• Early identification of project cost related problems, including implementing & overseeing appropriate mitigation strategies.

Essential:

An understanding in Contract Law and Insurance.

Have a degree/HND or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

Minimum of 5 years experience in Roofing/Cladding QS.
