Senior Surveyor – £110k + Package

Salary: Up to £110,000 + Package

Project: c.£100m Commercial Refurbishment / Cut & Carve

The Opportunity

A leading UK construction and development business is looking to appoint a Senior Surveyor to join the commercial team on a major c.£100m commercial refurbishment and cut & carve project in London.

The business delivers complex construction, refurbishment and development projects across the UK, with a strong reputation for technically challenging schemes and high-quality delivery.

The Role

As Senior Surveyor, you will take a key role in managing the commercial performance of the project, working closely with the Commercial Manager and wider project team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing subcontract packages from procurement through to final account.
• Valuations, variations, applications and cost reporting.
• Subcontract procurement and negotiation.
• Managing commercial risks, opportunities and change.
• Supporting forecasting and commercial reporting.
• Working closely with the client, consultants and project delivery team.

About You

We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a main contracting background and experience across commercial refurbishment, fit-out, redevelopment or complex construction projects.

Experience with large-scale or technically challenging schemes involving existing structures would be highly advantageous.
