Job Description:

Senior Quantity Surveyor - MEP
London | £85k-£110k + Package

I'm looking to speak with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors who are ready to take the next step with a leading MEP contractor delivering some of London's most prestigious projects.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established business with an impressive project portfolio, strong long-term prospects and the chance to play a key role in the commercial success of major MEP contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking commercial ownership of high-value MEP packages.

• Managing procurement, subcontractor accounts and contractual negotiations.

• Overseeing cost control, forecasting, valuations and final accounts.

• Managing variations, commercial risks and change control.

• Working closely with project delivery teams to maximise commercial performance.

We're keen to hear from candidates with:

• Strong MEP or building services quantity surveying experience.

• A background managing complex mechanical and electrical packages.

• Excellent commercial judgement and contractual knowledge.

• The ability to manage key stakeholders and drive project profitability.

The package: £85,000-£110,000 plus benefits, with the opportunity to work on prestigious London contracts.
