Senior Recruitment Consultant – Executive Search (Global Technology)

📍 Berkhamsted (Hybrid Working)
💷 £30,000 – £50,000 basic + commission from 20%

I’m working with a high-performing executive search firm based in Berkhamsted, specialising in global technology recruitment across Retail, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Automation.

The role

• Deliver executive search projects within global technology markets

• Partner with clients on senior and leadership hires across Retail, Supply Chain & Manufacturing tech

• Headhunt and engage passive, senior-level candidates globally

• Act in a consultative and advisory capacity throughout the full search lifecycle

• Build deep market knowledge and long-term client relationships

• Opportunity to attend industry events and international travel as you progress

Who they’re keen to speak with

• Experienced Recruitment Consultants / Senior Consultants

• Particularly interested in candidates from Professional Services recruitment backgrounds

• However, all recruitment sectors will be considered

• Strong communicator who enjoys working senior-level, consultative assignments

• Ambitious, delivery-focused and motivated by high fees rather than high volume
