The Role – Senior Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment)

• Manage and grow a 360 recruitment desk
• Build and develop client relationships
• Source, screen and interview candidates
• Deliver high‑quality temp and permanent placements
• Drive business development through sales calls, meetings and account growth
• Achieve KPIs, revenue targets and performance goals
• Work closely with compliance to ensure smooth onboarding

Location: Birmingham City Centre
Hours: 7:30am–4:30pm (reduced during school holidays)

• Full UK driving licence preferred
