Job Title: Senior Sales Account Manager - Medical Devices & Equipment

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + lucrative commission structure + company car/car allowance
Our client is a leading organisation in the medical equipment sector, delivering innovative solutions that support and enhance healthcare services. They are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to develop existing accounts and drive new business opportunities across National Health Service in Scotland.
This is a commercially focused role requiring strong technical knowledge of healthcare procurement frameworks, tendering processes and, in particular, managed service providers (MSPs) operating within the National Health Service Scotland.

Manage and develop existing accounts while identifying and securing new business opportunities.
Build strong commercial relationships with stakeholders, procurement teams and managed service providers.
Identify and pursue opportunities through National Health Service Scotland procurement frameworks, understanding framework structures, call-off processes and routes to market.
Lead and support tender and competitive procurement processes, from opportunity identification through to submission, negotiation and contract award.
Maintain a strong understanding of how MSPs operate, including their commercial models, contractual structures and role within National Health service delivery.
Manage contracts, including KPI monitoring, renewals and variations.
Conduct regular business reviews with senior and MSP stakeholders.
Coordinate product installations and equipment lifecycle management to meet client requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation using Salesforce.
Proven experience in Medical device / healthcare sales, account management or business development, ideally within medical devices, equipment or healthcare technology.
Strong technical and commercial understanding of managed service providers within the National Health Service.
Strong practical knowledge of National Health Service procurement frameworks, tendering processes and routes to market, with experience navigating these to secure and manage business.
Experience working with National Health Service procurement teams, MSPs and/or framework providers.
Demonstrable experience of managing opportunities through framework and competitive tender processes.
Strong understanding of complex National Health Service commercial and contractual structures.
Proven experience managing contracts, KPIs, renewals and commercial relationships.
Excellent commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Existing relationships with National Health Service Scotland stakeholders, procurement teams or MSPs.
Experience of successfully winning business through National Health Service Scotland frameworks.
Experience within medical devices, medical equipment or managed healthcare services.
