Job role Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Branch Manager:

• Supporting the Branch Manager 
• Conducting Market Appraisals and converting to Listings
• Negotiating offers and progressing the sales to completion
• Arranging and carrying out viewings
• Generating new business opportunities and building new relationships within the local community through marketing and networking
• Assisting with mentoring and development of team members
• Drive overall performance, branch profitability and market share
• Maintaining accurate records

Ideal Candidate:

• 2 years of Estate Agency experience
• Valuation/Listing experience
• Confident, professional and commercially driven
• Driven and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
• Full UK Driving Licence and own car

Salary:

£30,000 pa depending on experience

Generous uncapped commission 

Hours:

Monday – Friday

Saturdays on a rota basis (One Saturday every two weeks)
