Senior Site Manager / Site Manager – Short-Term Contract

We’re currently seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Site Manager for a short-term assignment providing holiday cover on an active project in a well-connected South Wales location.

Contract Details:

• Start: Thursday, 7th May 2026
• Duration: 3 weeks (until 29th May 2026)
• Type: Freelance / Contract

Role Overview:
You’ll be stepping into an ongoing project, ensuring smooth day-to-day site operations while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. This is a great opportunity for a confident professional who can quickly integrate into an established team and keep momentum on site.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or Site Manager
• Strong background across both internal and external trades
• Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid site certifications (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid preferred)
