Freelance Site Manager – New Build Residential

West London | Immediate Start | 18‑Month Contract (Outside IR35)

The Company

• Busy pipeline with multiple new projects starting this year
• Specialising in new build residential developments
• Strong repeat business thanks to quality, delivery and professionalism

The Role

• Lead a new build multi‑storey residential project in West London
• Oversee site operations from set‑up through to completion
• Manage subcontractors and direct site teams
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure smooth delivery
• Liaise with clients, consultants and stakeholders
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and compliance
• Drive programme, quality and productivity across the project

About You

• Proven experience delivering new build residential schemes
• Strong background on London / city centre developments
• Comfortable managing RC frame and multi‑storey construction
• Worked for reputable main contractors
• Strong documentation, reporting and contractual knowledge (JCT ideal)
• Professional, proactive and solutions‑focused
