Senior Systems Engineer – Tempest Compliance - £60k - £70k  – Southampton

Hexwired Recruitment has partnered with a well established and expanding Electronics manufacturer based near Southampton. They are now seeking Senior Systems Engineer with solid experience designing systems to Tempest standards.

The company are working with customers globally to develop novel solutions to a range of applications, utilising the latest technology available! You will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, developing a range of products used across a number of industries so this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a more varied role.

The company are at the very early stage of the development lifecycle of this project. So you will get the chance to see a greenfield project from design to manufacture in this Systems role.

Key Skills

• Degree in Maths, Physics or an engineering focused degree
• Solid Systems Design experience not just integration
• Previous experience working on products adhering to Tempest standards
• Excellent written communication skills for documentation and technical reviews
• Ability to gain SC/DV clearance
• Knowledge of Doors, UML, SysML or similar is highly desirable but not essential
