SF Partners are currently recruiting for a Temporary Service Administrator to join a busy and established service department based in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Previous experience within a service, technical, engineering, maintenance or operational environment would be particularly beneficial.

• Managing incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Preparing and issuing customer quotations
• Supporting the day-to-day administration of the service department
• Liaising with customers regarding service requirements and ongoing work
• Coordinating with internal operational and technical teams
• Maintaining accurate customer, job and service information on internal systems
• Monitoring ongoing work and ensuring relevant information is communicated effectively
• Providing general administrative support to help ensure the department operates efficiently

• Has previous administration, service administration or coordination experience
• Ideally has worked within a service-led, technical, engineering, maintenance or similar environment
• May have previously worked as a Service Administrator, Service Coordinator, Service Advisor, Technical Administrator or similar
• Is confident communicating with customers by telephone and email
• Has experience preparing quotations or processing customer requirements
• Is comfortable working with technical information
• Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Can manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Is confident using internal systems and Microsoft Office

This is a fully office-based position in the Sutton-in-Ashfield area, offering an immediate start and the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience.
