Service Desk Analyst
3-Month Initial Contract
100% On site in Eastleigh
£21.35 p/h (Umbrella)

You'll be joining a dynamic and supportive IT team within a public sector environment, where technology plays a key role in enabling operational efficiency and service delivery. The team is committed to providing high-quality support and ensuring users get the most from their ICT systems.

Experience:

• Previous experience working in a service desk or IT support environment.
• Handling incidents and service requests using ITSM tools
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
• Use of Active Directory (account unlocks, password resets, etc.).

Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of networking and remote access (VPN, DNS, etc.).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
