Service Manager

Salary: Up to £42,000 Base, / Day Shifts / Permanent / Pension / Healthcare / Life insurance / Company Vehicle

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to join our growing engineering team, servicing the East Riding Area.

This role is ideal for a Service Manager with a strong Agricultural/plant background, particularly within environments such as farming, ground equipment or similar sectors.

The role will require you to look after a team of Agricutural engineers, scheduling work loads, mentoring and supporting for more complex breakdowns. You will also be very customer facing where you will be dealing with customers requirements, advising and upselling and dealing with any complaints and greviences. You will be based from thr Louth site and will be required to travel to customer sites regurlarly. This is an excellent oppurtunity to join a market leader who is growing rapidly year on year. 

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Service Manager

• Agriculture or plant engineering experience
• Previous experience as a service manager
• Full driving license
• Excellent customer service skills

Requirements for the Service Manager

• Previous experience working on Agriculture or plant machinery

• Happy to travel to different sites
