We're looking for a passionate and ambitious Registered Service Manager to lead one of our established residential services in Wraysbury, Berkshire.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new challenge, or an experienced Deputy Manager ready to take the next step into their first registration with the support of an experienced operational team behind them.

About the Service
You'll be joining a welcoming 6-bed residential service that supports adults with a range of complex needs, including:

• Autism
• Learning Disabilities
• Epilepsy
• Mental Health Needs

Currently supporting four residents, with two vacancies available, this role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the future of the service while supporting occupancy growth and service development.
The people we support lead active and meaningful lives, enjoying activities such has attending local community events. The service is well-established within the local area and is recognised for delivering high-quality, person-centred support that promotes independence and community engagement.

The Operations Manager is looking for someone who can make a real impact by:

You'll have the autonomy to put your own stamp on the service whilst receiving support from experienced operational and quality teams.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the day-to-day operation of the service.
• Maintaining CQC compliance and driving quality improvements.
• Supporting and developing colleagues through coaching, supervision and performance management.
• Ensuring outstanding person-centred support is delivered consistently.
• Managing audits, action plans and service performance.
• Building strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners and local authorities.
• Supporting future occupancy growth and service development.
• Promoting a positive culture that reflects Voyage Care's values.

About You
We're looking for someone with the right experience, leadership ability and values.
You may be:

• An experienced Registered Manager looking for your next challenge.
• A Deputy Manager ready to take your first Registered Manager position.
• A confident leader with experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.

You'll also have:

• Strong knowledge of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• A passion for person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• The ability to drive quality, performance and continuous improvement.
