This is an exciting opportunity for a manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding person-centred support. You'll be joining a vibrant, fully occupied service with a stable staff team and a diverse range of support needs, making every day varied, rewarding, and engaging.
We're looking for a leader who won't simply maintain standards but will continue to drive quality, embed best practice, and support the service's ongoing development.
What You'll Be DoingAs Registered Service Manager, you'll have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, including:
- Leading, motivating and developing an established team.
- Driving high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes.
- Managing performance, supervisions, appraisals and staff development.
- Maintaining compliance with CQC, regulatory and organisational standards.
- Completing audits, quality checks and action plans.
- Managing occupancy, budgets and service performance.
- Working closely with families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.
- Providing leadership to an existing management structure, including a Deputy Manager and Senior Support Workers.
Who We're Looking ForThis role would suit an experienced Registered Manager, Service Manager, or an exceptional Deputy Manager ready for their next challenge.
We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience supporting adults with:
- Complex needs
- Mental health needs
- Learning disabilities
- Autism
- Brain injury or neurological conditions
To Be Successful You'll Need
- Previous management experience within adult social care.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality governance.
- Experience leading, developing and motivating teams.
- Confidence managing performance and driving accountability.
- A Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (or willingness to achieve).
- A passion for continuous improvement and delivering outstanding care.
