Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Service Technician for our client on a full time permanent basis in Lincoln.

Day to day, you’ll be responsible for carrying out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This will include undertaking diagnostic, warranty and repair work, as well as completing routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes and cambelt replacements. You’ll also carry out electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs), complete digital job cards, and ensure all work is performed in line with manufacturer and safety standards.

What our client is looking for:

• A recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance

• Previous experience working as a Service Technician or Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both servicing and warranty work

• A strong team player who can follow processes and maintain high standards of quality and safety

• An MOT Licence would be highly advantageous

• A positive and proactive attitude, with a willingness to learn and develop through ongoing manufacturer training

Working hours are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday with weekends on a rota basis.

Annual Salary: £35,000 basic, plus bonus structure
