Job Title: SHE Advisor

Salary: £51,000

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

We are delighted to be working with client operating within the civil engineering and major infrastructure sector. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SHE Advisor to join a well-established organisation delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across the UK.

As a SHE Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting site operations, promoting a positive safety culture, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on a major project. This position would suit a proactive SHE Advisor who enjoys working closely with operational teams and driving continual improvement across site activities.

The Role

As the SHE Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing health, safety and environmental support to site teams.
• Conducting site inspections, audits and safety tours.
• Investigating incidents and supporting corrective actions.
• Delivering site inductions and HSE-related training.
• Maintaining HSE documentation and producing reports.
• Building strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.

About You

To be successful in this SHE Advisor role, you will have:

• Previous Health & Safety experience within construction or civil engineering.
• NEBOSH General Certificate (or higher).
• Knowledge of CDM Regulations and current H&S legislation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Site-based experience within a construction environment.
