Job Description:

SHEQ Coordinator

We are recruiting for a well-established construction company who are looking for an organised and proactive SHEQ Coordinator to support their Construction Group SHEQ Team.

The role will provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support across construction operations, helping to maintain high standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ records, registers and documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and site visits.
• Track actions from audits, incidents and inspections.
• Assist with SHEQ reporting and performance data.
• Support training, inductions and competency records.
• Assist with policies, procedures, risk assessments and other SHEQ documentation.
• Liaise with site and project teams to support SHEQ compliance.

About You

• Previous experience in a SHEQ/HSEQ, Health & Safety, Quality or construction environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant SHEQ qualifications or construction experience would be advantageous.
