Maintenance Fitter - 4 on 4 off shift

£40,976 per annum + Benefits

We're looking for a skilled Maintenance Fitter / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a growing team in Horsham. You'll take ownership of plant reliability - carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance, fixing breakdowns fast, and delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to keep production running smoothly.

If you're a Maintenance Technician, Mechanical Fitter, Electrical Engineer, or Shift Engineer ready for your next challenge, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance (PPM and breakdown)
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults quickly and safely.
• Carry out maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.
• Support process improvements and reliability projects.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Fitter, Maintenance Engineer, or similar.
• Mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills.
• Relevant engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, ONC, HNC).
• A proactive, hands-on approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
