Shift Manager — Friday & Saturday Nights

Bar, Floor, VIP & Pool Lounge

Salary: Competitive, based on experience    Hours: Friday & Saturday nights (core), with flexibility for extra shifts

The Role

Friday and Saturday nights are where the magic happens — and we need someone who can run them like a pro. We're on the hunt for a Shift Manager to take charge of our busiest, highest-energy shifts, leading the team across the bar, floor, VIP area and pool lounge, and making sure every single guest has a night to remember.

As the senior manager on duty, the room is yours. You'll call the shots, keep the energy high, and turn a packed house into a smooth, profitable, brilliantly-run night out.

What You'll Be Doing

● Owning opening and closing procedures, and running bar, floor, VIP and pool lounge operations to a high standard.

● Managing door security alongside our SIA team to keep everyone safe.

● Handling any guest issues calmly and quickly — protecting the vibe, whatever happens.

● Building rotas, allocating duties, and getting the best out of your team on the busiest nights.

● Spotting the moments to upsell and drive revenue — and coaching your team to do the same.

● Keeping cash-ups accurate, stock in check, and shift reports on point.

● Staying on top of licensing conditions, Challenge 25, and Working Time Regulations.

What We're Looking For

● Proven experience running a shift in a bar, club or late-night venue.

● A commercial head — you know how to spot an upsell and grow the numbers.

● Confidence managing door security and working with SIA teams.

● Sharp cash handling and stock management skills.

● A natural leader who brings the best out of a team, even at full capacity.

● A real passion for guest experience — you want people to leave buzzing.

● Calm, decisive, and solutions-focused when things get lively.
