Job Description:

Kentmere | £15.83 per hour | Temp to Perm £34,573 per annum

Our client, a leading manufacturer of nonwoven materials and engineered papers, is looking for reliable Shift Production Operatives to join their production team.

You will be responsible for operating production machinery, carrying out quality checks, supporting production activities, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Complete quality checks and production records.
• Follow standard operating procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support shift handovers.
• Comply with all health & safety and company policies.
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
• Undertake training across production processes and machinery.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

• Week 1: 4 day shifts (7am - 7pm)
• Week 2: 3 night shifts (7pm - 7am)

No weekend work is currently required, although this may change to meet business needs.

• £15.83 per hour
• 42-hour average working week
