Site Agent / Site Manager - Water Infrastructure

We’re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering clean and foul water projects in Swindon.

This role needs someone who knows the water sector and has hands-on experience delivering clean and foul water infrastructure projects for major UK water utility companies.

You’ll take responsibility for site delivery, managing the programme, site teams, health & safety, quality and commercial performance, while working closely with the wider project team and client.

Key requirements:

• Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience
• Strong clean and foul water experience
• Experience delivering projects for major UK water utility companies
• Strong civil engineering background
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)
• SMSTS
• Street Works Supervisor
• Good understanding of programme, RAMS, quality and commercial delivery
• Confident managing site teams and client relationships
