Site Engineers & Section Engineers

Major Civil Engineering Project – Buckinghamshire

Permanent or PAYE Freelance Opportunities

We are currently recruiting Site Engineers and Section Engineers to join the delivery team on a major civil engineering project in Buckinghamshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a long-term infrastructure scheme involving extensive earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete structures, highways and associated civil engineering works.

We are seeking individuals with a strong technical background who can contribute to the successful delivery of a high-profile project, working alongside experienced management and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Setting out for a variety of civil engineering works
• Managing quality assurance and inspection records
• Producing as-built surveys and documentation
• Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Coordinating subcontractors and site operations
• Ensuring works are delivered safely and in accordance with programme requirements
• Monitoring progress and reporting to senior site management
• Maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation
• Supporting project delivery from commencement through to completion

Requirements

• Previous experience working on major civil engineering or infrastructure projects
• Strong setting out and surveying skills
• Experience using GPS, Total Stations and surveying equipment
• Good understanding of earthworks, drainage, highways and reinforced concrete construction
• Ability to manage quality documentation and technical compliance
• CSCS card essential
• SMSTS or SSSTS advantageous
• Full UK driving licence
