Site Manager - Commercial Office Fit-Out

London | £2m & £5m Projects | Design & Build

North20 Recruitment are working with a leading commercial fit-out contractor to recruit two experienced Site Managers for separate £2m and £5m Design & Build office fit-out projects in London.

These are technically challenging, high-specification commercial fit-out schemes requiring Site Managers who have a proven track record delivering CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs, workplace refurbishments and Design & Build projects within live and occupied commercial environments.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for site delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, to programme and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and end clients throughout the construction lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations
• Delivering projects in line with programme and key milestones
• Managing subcontractors and specialist trades
• Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety
• Quality assurance and snag-free project delivery
• Coordinating site logistics and sequencing of works
• Chairing site meetings and progress reviews
• Managing client expectations and stakeholder relationships
• Identifying and resolving site issues proactively
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget

Requirements

• Experience as a Site Manager on commercial office fit-out projects
• Proven track record delivering Design & Build projects
• Previous experience on projects valued from £1m to £5m+
• Strong knowledge of CAT A and CAT B fit-out delivery
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality finishes
• Ability to build relationships with operatives, subcontractors, consultants and clients alike
• Project references and examples of completed fit-out projects required
