📍 Stevenage
💰 £400 per day | Outside IR35
📅 Initial 4-Month Contract
🔒 SC Clearance Required
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager to join a major data centre construction project in Stevenage, overseeing critical mechanical works on a fast-paced and technically challenging build.
We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager with strong mechanical knowledge and experience managing specialist building services installations. The successful candidate will take responsibility for key project activities including chiller installation, flushing, pressure testing, subcontractor management, quality assurance and health & safety compliance.
This role requires SC Clearance.
Candidates who do not currently hold SC Clearance are welcome to apply, provided they are eligible to obtain it. The application process typically takes 3-6 weeks.
Previous data centre experience would be highly advantageous; however, we are keen to speak with candidates from other highly regulated environments, including:
✅ £400 per day
✅ Outside IR35 contract
✅ Initial 4-month duration with potential for extension
✅ Opportunity to work on a high-profile critical infrastructure project
✅ Immediate start available
If you're a mechanically biased Site Manager looking for your next contract opportunity and have experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments, we'd be delighted to hear from you.
