A leading main contractor is seeking a Site Manager for a permanent position delivering kitchen and bathroom replacements on the busy L&Q Framework across street properties in East London.

✅ Requirements:

• Proven experience managing K&B replacements in occupied social housing

• SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence (own vehicle preferred)
