Job Description:

Tier 2 Main Contractor based in Essex who cover Local Authority Residential Projects in London and South East are looking to recruit a Site Manager for a FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) scheme in Surrey dealing with Passive Fire Stopping to Low Rise Flats (Doors, Cavity Barriers, Etc). in Surrey.
The role will include Managing Subcontractors, H&S, Programme, Client Liaison, Site Inductions, RAMS, etc and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.
Candidates will have a stable, proven track record within Construction and have worked on similar types of projects before.
