Freelance Site Manager – Industrial/Warehouse Project

Brentwood, Essex
£300 per day
Immediate Start
Freelance Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an industrial/warehouse development in Brentwood.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme targets, and ensuring the highest standards of health & safety and quality are achieved throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site activities and subcontractors

• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to specification

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks

• Chair site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders

• Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues

• Maintain site records and health & safety documentation

• Drive productivity and ensure project milestones are achieved

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing industrial or warehouse construction projects

• SMSTS

• CSCS Black Card

• First Aid at Work

• Strong health & safety knowledge

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Ability to start immediately preferred

Package:

• £300 per day
