Job Description:

Job Title: Site Manager

Project: Laboratory Fit-Out - Internal Refurbishment & M&E Coordination

Location: Leeds

Start: Immediate

Duration: 4 - 6 months

Pay: £330.00 per shift (Umbrella PAYE Only)

Essential Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Black/White Card
• First Aid

Experience Required:

• Strong CAT A/B fit-out background
• Laboratory fit-out experience preferred but not essential
• Strong H&S, programme and subcontractor management skills

Duties:

• Full site management responsibility
• Management of day-to-day site operations and programme delivery
• H&S, RAMS, inductions & toolbox talks
• Coordination and supervision of all subcontractors and direct labour
• Management of M&E and specialist trades throughout the fit-out
• Liaising with the client, project manager and design team
• Monitoring progress against programme and reporting any delays
• Quality inspections, snagging and ensuring works are completed to specification
• Maintaining accurate site diaries, progress reports and photographic records
• Managing material deliveries, logistics and site housekeeping
• Ensuring compliance with building regulations and company procedures
• Chairing site coordination meetings and driving programme performance
• Supporting the successful handover of completed areas to the client
