Job Description:

Site Manager Required – Central London

GVR Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established Main Contractor specialising in high-end residential developments and bespoke construction projects across London. The Site Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of an exciting new residential development in West London.

Project Details:

• Location: Central London
• Project: Demolition and construction of 4 new build houses
• Project Value: £6.5m
• Programme: 74 weeks

Responsibilities of the Site Manager:

• You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the agreed project specification, programme and budget
• Monitor and manage all works to ensure quality of workmanship is of the highest standard
• Work closely with the commercial team to ensure the project remains on programme and within budget
• Management, control and mitigation of all risks relating to site activities
• Maintain accurate and timely project documentation at all times
• Lead and manage subcontractors and site teams effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and professional team
• Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are implemented and adhered to
• Ensure all personnel on site are operating as a focused and collaborative team

Requirements for the Site Manager:

• Demonstrated track record delivering residential construction projects
• Experience working on new build developments
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to liaise with clients and subcontractors
• A proactive and organised approach
