Job Description:

Straight-Line Group are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide 2 weeks' holiday cover on an active construction project.

The successful Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site and managing electrical subcontractors carrying out essential works. The project involves the installation of EV charging points.

The ideal Site Manager:

• Must have previous Site Management experience
• Must have previous construction site experience
• SMSTS required
• First Aid required
• Experience managing subcontractors
• Electrically biased / electrical experience would be highly beneficial
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Able to confidently manage the site and coordinate subcontractors

Start Date: Tuesday 1st September 2026
Duration: 2 weeks – holiday cover
Rate: Negotiable / dependent on experience

This is a great short-term opportunity for an experienced Site Manager who is available from 1st September and can confidently take responsibility for the site and subcontractors.
