Location: Kent (sites between Hastings, Tunbridge Wells and Stoke - Kent)
Rate: Circa £400 per day (flexible depending on experience)
Start Date: Early September
Duration: Minimum 1-2 years

We are currently recruiting for 6 experienced Site Managers with a strong civils background and some MEICA knowledge to join a major water infrastructure programme across Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved from the very start of the project, playing a key role in delivering multiple schemes including new civils builds, chemical dosing installations, and water treatment works.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day site activities
• Deliver civil engineering works safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site teams
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
• Support coordination of MEICA elements alongside civils works

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering
• Background in the water or wastewater sector
• Working knowledge of MEICA
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification
• Strong leadership and communication skills

This project is expected to expand significantly, with approximately 40-50 M&E roles anticipated from April/May next year, offering further long-term opportunities.
