Skilled Labourer – Immediate Start Available

Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £13.11- £13.89 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Temp to Perm
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Rotational Shifts)

• 6:00am – 2:00pm

• 10:00am – 6:00pm

We are currently recruiting Skilled Labourers to join a busy manufacturing and production environment in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hard-working individuals looking for long-term work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Full training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates with labouring, warehouse, production, manufacturing, or construction experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general labouring and manual handling duties

• Assisting with the movement of materials and products

• Supporting production and site teams as required

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

• Following all health and safety procedures

• Working effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For:

• Good level of physical fitness as some heavy lifting is involved

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Previous labouring, warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential
