Social Media Manager

Peterborough
£30,000 - £40,000 + Performance Bonus

Jenson Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing retail and e-commerce business for an ambitious Social Media Manager to take ownership of its social media strategy and drive online growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company where you'll have the freedom to create engaging content, build brand awareness, and play a key role in driving sales through social media and live commerce.

The Role

• Develop and execute social media strategies across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
• Create, film, edit and publish engaging content including Reels, product showcases and live shopping highlights.
• Grow online audiences and increase engagement across all platforms.
• Plan and manage content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Analyse social media performance and optimise campaigns using data and insights.
• Stay ahead of social trends and identify new opportunities to grow the brand.

About You

• At least 3 years' experience managing social media for a retail, fashion or e-commerce brand.
• Proven success growing social media channels and driving commercial results.
• Confident creating video content and using editing software.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and current social media trends.
• Creative, proactive and commercially minded with excellent organisational skills.
• Experience with live shopping, influencer marketing or live commerce would be an advantage.
