Role: Software Developer

Location: Nottingham

Working Arrangement: Hybrid - 2 days in the office | 35-hour week

Salary: Up to £55k

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be right in the thick of it, writing clean code, solving real problems, and shipping features that matter.

• Building and improving core platform features
• Developing APIs, backend services & databases
• Debugging properly (root cause, not quick fixes)
• Working in a tight Agile team delivering real sprint value
• Contributing ideas to the future roadmap (your voice matters here)
• Collaborating with Devs, Testers & BAs to get things done

This is a fully hands-on role, you’re expected to code, think, and contribute.

• C# / .NET Core / .NET 6
• ASP.NET MVC
• Web APIs
• SQL Server
• JavaScript / HTML

• Solid experience with .NET and backend development
• Someone who can solve problems without hand-holding
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, delivery-focused team
• Strong communicator, can explain what you’re building and why
