Salary: Up to £30,000 Basic | OTE: £70,000 + Up to £4,000 Quarterly Bonus | Top Sales Rep hitting £250,000

The Opportunity

We are partnering with a market-leading HR software provider looking for dynamic Sales Representatives to join our expanding team in Central Manchester.

In this role, you will drive the adoption of our cutting-edge SaaS platform. You will sell high-value HR and people-management software solutions that streamline operations, protect businesses, and empower small and mid-market business owners to manage their workforces efficiently.

The Role

Targeting the SME sector, you will identify, engage, and secure new software subscriptions.

• Outbound Dialling: Conduct targeted outbound calls to connect directly with Directors and Business Owners.
• Lead Generation: Build your pipeline by generating software opportunities from a database of high-quality, pre-generated leads.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales funnel to ensure consistent performance against quarterly software acquisition targets.
• Consultative Selling: Introduce prospects to our innovative suite of software solutions, arranging online demonstrations to showcase technology value.

What You Bring

• Proven Sales Experience: A track record in outbound lead generation, telesales, or business development using a consultative approach.
