What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor

• Generating your own flow of cases through strong, trusted relationships with brokers and accountants.
• Speaking directly with clients to understand needs and shape the right capital-raising solutions.
• Packaging and underwriting cases, assessing affordability and ensuring accurate, compliant documentation.
• Managing each case from initial conversation through to completion as the single point of contact.
• Staying up to date with lender criteria and market changes to ensure the strongest client outcomes.
• Keeping on top of compliance requirements, CPD expectations and relevant training.

 
What you’ll bring to the table as a Specialist Mortgage Advisor

• Previous experience within financial or mortgage-related environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence delivering advice.
• The ability to build effective working relationships with brokers, clients and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational skills and the capability to prioritise a varied workload.
• Sound decision-making and attention to detail when assessing and placing cases.

 
Working hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 9am–5pm, Friday 9am–4pm.
