Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager to join our team at our office in the City of London. As a Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in converting Drax’s strategic ambition into reality through disciplined, enterprise-level delivery.

 

Operating as a trusted strategic partner to senior leaders, you’ll lead high priority transformation initiatives, from concept through to implementation, delivering value, return on investment and measurable business impact.

About the role:  
As a Strategy & Transformation Senior Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing and leading the delivery transformation initiatives, translating strategic priorities into structured, sequenced execution plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and accountability frameworks - with a relentless focus on value creation and measurable outcomes.

 

You’ll engage and influence senior business stakeholders, building strong relationships, securing sponsorship, and maintain alignment throughout delivery to ensure strategic intent is preserved, blockers are removed, and collaboration across functions is actively fostered to unlock greater enterprise outcomes.
