Job Description:

Supervising Social Worker

Salary range: £39,800

Location: Home-based with travel throughout Devon and Dorset

Working hours: 4 day work week - 30hrs but paid for 5

Nonstop Care is working with a well established independent fostering agency who is looking for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join them on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable agency that values staff and work life balance! They are an employee owned trust that operate on a 4 day work week (not condensed or part time). You will work 4 days but get paid the full time salary for 5 days plus additional benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic support to foster carers
• Manage a caseload of 11 foster carers around Devon and Dorset

Requirements:

• Registration with Social work England (SWE)
• Driving License
• Fostering experience
