⏰ 45 hours per week | 8:30am - 6:00pm

Stafforce Recruitment are recruiting for a Supply Chain & Logistics Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Denaby.

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused administrator who can work confidently in a busy environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. Full training and development opportunities are available.

• Process orders and support the warehouse operations team.
• Plan stock transfers between sites.
• Process inbound stock using WMS systems.
• Carry out stock checks and investigations.
• Accurately process and input data.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure orders are completed correctly.
• Manage transactions from start to finish.
• Support the wider logistics team with day-to-day administration.

• Previous administration experience, ideally within logistics, supply chain or warehousing.
• Experience using WMS or ERP systems.
• Strong data entry and computer skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
