🎯 Responsibilities

• 🧍‍♂️ Provide person-centred care and support tailored to individual needs.
• 🚿 Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
• 🌈 Promote independence and encourage individuals to achieve their goals.
• 🏙️ Support individuals to access the community, attend appointments, and participate in social activities.
• 📋 Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures to ensure safety and well-being.
• 🖊️ Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and other professionals.

🎓 Qualifications

• Prior experience in care or support work is desirable but not essential – we value your passion and willingness to learn! 🌟
• A genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults and improving their quality of life. 🫂
• 🗣️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships.
• 🤝 Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.

🕒 Day-to-Day
