Support Worker – Days OR Nights 

Location: Haslemere

Salary: £12.71 - £12.80 per hour

Hours: Full Time or Part time 

Shift Times: You can choose from Days 08:00AM - 20:00PM or Nights 20:00PM - 08:00AM

About the Role:

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a service located in Haslemere, you will be supporting older adults living with mental health conditions and dementia within a specialist inpatient hospital setting. Working alongside nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care and supporting positive outcomes for patients.

Requirements:

• Previous care or support work experience is desirable
• Positive, caring and compassionate approach
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible and reliable approach to shifts
• Eligibility to live and work in the UK
