Job Description:

BDS Recruitment are looking for a Supported Housing Officer to support across Hammersmith within temporary accommodation. This role focuses on tenancy support, property management, and helping vulnerable residents maintain safe and stable accommodation.

Key Duties

• Support tenants with tenancy management and benefit queries
• Complete tenancy sign‑ups and explain rights/responsibilities
• Maximise rent collection and follow arrears procedures
• Signpost to external support services
• General housing management tasks as required

Requirements

• Experience in housing, supported housing, or tenancy support
• Experience with vulnerable adults
• Enhanced DBS (must be on Update Service to be considered )
• Full UK driving licence + own vehicle

Pay & Hours

• £19.75 PAYE / £26.11 Umbrella
• Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm
• Ongoing temporary role
