Talent Acquisition Partner

Are you ready to make a real impact in the world of talent acquisition? Our client is on the lookout for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with managers up to C-Suite level and tackle the challenges of sourcing the best talent.

• Start date: ASAP, pending clearance
• Location: Canary Wharf
• Pay: PAYE: £196.96 per day/ Limited/Umbrella: £265.90 per day
• Hours: Monday- Friday 35 hours per week, 2 days in office, 3 days from home
• Duration: 6 months

What You'll Do:

• Full Recruitment Lifecycle:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for support and specialist roles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to understand current and future resource needs, creating innovative talent campaigns.
• Creative Sourcing:Utilise market mapping, social media, and diverse advertising routes to attract a broad range of candidates.
• Data-Driven Decisions:Analyse management information to forecast demand and prioritise your efforts effectively.
• Inclusive Recruitment:Shape and promote inclusive hiring practises, ensuring every candidate has a positive experience.

Your Skills Include:

• Proven talent acquisition experience, both in-house and agency, with a knack for managing high volumes of requisitions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities and proficiency with ATS systems.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and stakeholder management up to Director level.
• A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• A creative flair for employer branding and compelling copywriting.
