The Role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team, ideally someone who understands the pace, challenges and excitement of recruiting within field marketing, promotional staffing, experiential marketing or brand ambassador environments.

This is a hands-on recruitment role where you'll take ownership of hiring campaigns across a variety of customer-facing roles including Product Sales Advisor, Brand Ambassadors, Team Leaders, Merchandisers, Field Sales Executives, Event Staff and Sampling Teams.

If you've worked in a field marketing agency, outsourced sales organisation, promotional staffing agency or high-volume recruitment environment, you'll know that success comes from building talent pipelines before they're needed, moving quickly and delivering great people at scale.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source and engage high-quality talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and direct outreach.
• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns across field marketing, sales, retail activation and brand ambassador roles.
• Own the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing and screening through to offer management and onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pools of Brand Ambassadors, Event Staff, Merchandisers and Field Teams for future campaigns.
• Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage recruitment activity through TeamTailor and other recruitment platforms.
• Track recruitment performance, pipeline activity and hiring KPIs.
• Support recruitment events, assessment days, hiring campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and team performance.

What We're Looking For

Essential

• 1-2+ years' experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition or Resourcing. Ideally within a field marketing, promotional staffing, experiential marketing, retail activation or outsourced sales environment.
• Proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Strong volume sourcing and talent pipeline-building skills.
• Experience recruiting customer-facing roles at scale.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment systems.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for finding great talent.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience working for a Field Marketing Agency, Promotional Staffing Agency, Experiential Marketing Agencyor Outsourced Sales Organisation.
• Experience recruiting Brand Ambassadors, Merchandisers, Field Sales Executives, Event Staff, Sampling Teams or Retail Activation Teams.
• Experience delivering nationwide volume recruitment campaigns.
• Understanding of recruiting flexible, customer-facing workforces across multiple locations.
• Experience with TeamTailor or similar ATS platforms. (nice to have)
• Experience supporting recruitment events, assessment days and employer branding initiatives.
