Job Description:

Talent Acquisition Specialist. 
Location: Derbyshire (on site)
Salary: up to £35,000
Temporary/Interim to Permanent option available. 

A growing, international organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and global markets. This is a newly created role, offering real autonomy to shape how talent is attracted, assessed and hired, while partnering closely with hiring managers and a collaborative HR team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
• Creating engaging job adverts and selecting effective attraction channels
• Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist/international platforms
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting, using recruitment tech and AI tools where appropriate
• Coordinating interviews, advising managers and ensuring consistent selection decisions
• Managing offers, negotiations and pre-employment checks
• Building talent pipelines and using recruitment data to improve processes and performance

What we’re looking for:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
• Strong headhunting/sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Interest and confidence in recruitment technology/AI
• Organised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment as a specialism

Working pattern: on-site, with some flexibility (including occasional later interviews to support international hiring).
