Job Description:

Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation in the search for a proactive and organised Talent Coordinator to join their People & Culture team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Reporting to a personable and experienced Head of Recruitment, you'll play a key role in supporting recruitment activity across the Group, ensuring vacancies are filled efficiently whilst maintaining a professional and customer-focused service.

Based in Eastleigh, this is a full time, permanent position, predominately office based, paying between £28-30k DOE.

What you'll do:

• Provide end-to-end recruitment support, guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.
• Work closely with managers to understand hiring requirements and support the review and standardisation of job descriptions.
• Draft and advertise vacancies across a range of platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
• Coordinate shortlisting and interview processes, ensuring compliance with safer recruitment practices.
• Arrange and support interviews, including scheduling, room bookings, candidate communications, and interview documentation.
• Coordinate and complete pre-employment checks, ensuring all documentation is compliant and accurately recorded.
• Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and data on HR systems and assist with recruitment reporting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a recruitment, resourcing or administration role.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Full, clean driving license, as some travel may be required to other sites (all locally to Eastleigh).
