As Talent Resourcer you’ll play a key role in resourcing and building strong relationships, delivering results, and driving business growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Identifying, attracting, qualifying, and engaging high-calibre talent for live and future opportunities
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines, candidate communities, and strategic market networks
• Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional experience
• Leveraging technology, AI, market intelligence, and innovative sourcing techniques to improve recruitment outcomes
• Supporting business development activity through market mapping, contact management, client meetings, marketing campaigns, and talent delivery

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, talent attraction, or candidate engagement
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders at all levels
• A proactive and commercially minded approach with a passion for delivering results
• Confidence using technology, CRM systems, social media, and AI tools
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices
