Job Description:

Team Leader

Full-Time | 4 On 4 Off | Nights 18.00 -06.00

Lead the shift. Own the floor. Make it run like clockwork.

We're looking for a hands-on Team Leader who thrives on keeping a busy operation moving — where every shift is different, every day brings a new challenge, and you're the one people look to for the answer.

If you're a natural leader who can rally a team, solve problems , and still have everything handed over cleanly to the next shift, we want to talk to you.

What you'll be doing

• Overseeing daily warehouse operations during your assigned shift, keeping things running smoothly from start to finish
• Managing and supporting your team to hit productivity and efficiency targets, shift after shift
• Making sure staffing levels are always right — planning around overtime, absences, and seasonal peaks
• Assigning tasks and keeping a close eye on performance against operational goals
• Ensuring rock-solid shift handovers so nothing gets lost between teams
• Leading Return to Work meetings with fairness and consistency
• Carrying out investigations and playing your part in the disciplinary process when needed
• Delivering full inductions for all new starters — including agency staff — so everyone's confident in our processes and procedures from day one
• Conducting staff probationary reviews and helping new team members settle in and succeed

What you'll bring

• Proven experience managing people in a warehouse, logistics, or fast-paced operational environment
• Confidence handling HR processes — return to work meetings, absence management, investigations, and disciplinaries
• A genuine knack for organising people and tasks under pressure, especially during busy or seasonal periods
• Strong communication skills — you make sure nothing falls through the cracks between shifts
• A fair, structured approach to onboarding and developing new team members, including agency staff
• The kind of presence that earns respect on the warehouse floor, not just in the office

Why you'll love it here

• A team that backs you to lead — your judgement and decisions on the floor genuinely matter
• Real variety — no two shifts are the same, and you'll never be short of a challenge
• A supportive management structure that has your back through the tougher HR conversations
• Opportunities to grow into senior operations or site management roles
• A workplace that values consistency, fairness, and getting the basics right

Sound like you?

If you're ready to take charge of a shift, build a team that trusts you, and leave the warehouse in better shape than you found it — we'd love to hear from you.
